Program booklet in Dutch of the concert given by Nederlands Theater Orkest on September 3rd, 2014 in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Played were pieces by Johan de Meij, Howard Shore and The Tolkien Ensemble (Caspar Reiff and Peter Hall played in the concert). Christopher Lee was the narrator and sang some songs.
